I'm working with the executive committee of the Toastmasters group
that I'm part of to propose a motion to introduce dedicated
Toastmasters forums into documenting meetings, member roster, as well
as sending agendas. The forum site that is being experimented
currently is SandyEast (www.sandyeast.com). However, there are a few
concerns regarding the transition period and the acceptance of the
forum.

Right now, each member who is the Toastmasters of the week emails
every active member on the roster the agendas and all the
correspondences are done by email. The common concerns so far are
security, user-friendliness, as well as the transition period between
methods of correspondances. In your experiences, what else would be a
major problem in the transition process?
