Has anyone considered the TI accredited speaker program? Why? Did you go
through it? What benefits did you get as a result of the designation?

I considered pursuing it a couple of years ago. I had done enough
outside speeches and I was about 5 speeches short before I would be
eligible to apply.

I had more free time back then. Since I changed jobs, I don't have time
to pursue this. And since I am not planning to become a for-fee speaker,
I don't see any benefit for going thru the expenses for this designation.

I still continue to make presentations at various venues for no fee but
I am not actively looking for engagements.

Best regards

The person I've seen try to leverage it the most is Johnny 'The
Transition Man' Campbell. I'd ask him - google him and drop him an
email.
